I ordered from vixenbrand.com, but sadly the item didn’t fit right, so I had to send it back. I was preparing myself for some dramatic, never-ending refund nightmare, but the money showed up in my account about 4 days after they received the return. I was actually surprised. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the email updates were kind of slow, and for a minute I was convinced my return had disappeared into a black hole. But in the end, the refund came through quickly, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

Not gonna lie, I’m happy with this. The stitching feels tight, and the material doesn’t feel cheap at all. I’ve worn it a few times now, and nothing has come loose or felt weird, so it seems like good quality so far.

The fit has been the same every time I’ve ordered, which is nice because there haven’t been any surprises. I do still wonder a bit about how the quality will hold up over time, but so far it’s been consistent.

The box showed up a little dented, which wasn’t great, but luckily everything inside was totally fine. Not a huge deal, just wish the packaging had held up a bit better.

Most of the stuff I was looking for was actually in stock, which was a nice change. One color I wanted was sold out, so I had to settle for another option, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Checkout was simple and didn’t feel like a hassle. As long as things stay fair and straightforward for customers, I’d be happy to check back again.

Checkout was easy enough for me. I found the thing I needed, tossed it in the cart, and paid without anything acting weird, so I guess that means the site works well. The pages loaded fine, and I could see the total before ordering, which I always like even though I probably would’ve bought it anyway. Confirmation email showed up fast too. Overall, no fuss, and I’d shop there again.

I actually had a solid experience shopping on Vixen Brand. They carry more sizes than a lot of other places I’ve checked, and it was easy to find my size and look through the fit notes without overthinking it. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that a few colors I liked were sold out in the bigger sizes, which was a little frustrating. That said, the size range is definitely decent, and I’d check them out again.

The print came out better than I was expecting. The colors are sharp, and even after washing it, it didn’t fade or anything. I was kind of thinking it might, but... yeah, really happy with it.

This felt really soft on my skin and wasn’t scratchy at all. I wore it the whole day and it stayed comfy from start to finish. i just felt good wearing it.

I’ve washed this a bunch of times now, the fabric is still holding up really well. No weird thinning, no worn-out spots, none of that annoying cheap fabric stuff that drives me crazy. I hate when shirts start feeling flimsy after a few washes, and I really hate when they get those thin patches for no reason, but this one hasn’t done that at all

I really liked the style, and it looks just like what they show on the site. The fit was good too, though one piece was just a little thinner than I expected. Still really cute overall, and I’d order again, just going to check the details a bit more next time

I liked the idea of it and it seems like it could be really useful once you get the hang of it. That said, I found it hard to use at first and not very intuitive, so it took more time than I expected to figure things out. Hopefully it gets a little easier with updates, because it does seem like it has good potential.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but this ended up being really comfy and soft. It didn’t dig in or start feeling annoying after wearing it for a while, which I appreciated. The fit seemed good to me, and it was easy to move around in. I think I’d probably buy it again, mostly for the comfort.

I ordered my usual size, and as someone who’s consistent with sizing, I was surprised by how small it fit. Sadly, it just didn’t work for me.

They have some really cute stuff, like, the kind of pieces I’ll click on even when I wasn’t planning to shop. But then I get to the sizing and it’s a little frustrating. Maybe it’s just me, but I wish they showed the clothes on more body types, especially for bigger sizes, because it’s hard to tell how something will actually fit. The styles are nice, I just feel like the size range and fit details don’t quite give you enough to go on.

I had to exchange my order for a different size, and it did take a few days before I heard back. Once they responded, though, they handled it without any hassle and the replacement arrived just fine. Based on this experience, it seems like they might be a little slow to reply, but they do get things sorted in the end. 4 stars from me
